1. How do I install the premium version?

After successfully making the payment for the premium license of our plugins, we’ll send you an installation file in .zip format via your purchase email. So, please follow these steps to install it:

  1. Download the premium version file (the .zip format) from the purchase receipt email.
  2. From the admin dashboard, find Plugins >> Add New >> Upload Plugin >> Choose file then select the path to the .zip file and click Install Now. After installing successfully, click on Activate to make it work. For more information, please refer to this article.

2. How do I update the premium version?

Please go to WPClever >> License Keys to enter the key to verify your license first. Verified licenses can enjoy unlimited update release and get the latest plugin update directly on our website.

When using our plugins, you will get an update notification from your website’s admin dashboard in the back-end and all you need to do is just to click on Update now button.

3. What if I don’t receive the installation file after making the purchase?

If you have successfully made the purchase of our plugin, checked the spam box or the junk folder of your email but found no confirmation email, you can go to the Membership page of our website, fill out the Register form with the License Email (the email you entered for registering a license upon purchasing our plugins) & create a new membership account on our site.

After successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation email. Now you can log in to manage all downloads & payments attached to your account.

4. How do I get the latest version installation file of a plugin I own?

You can go to our Membership page, register a new account with your License Email or log in to your registered account to access all the active Downloads & Payments you’ve made with your email.
